Our fee structure is quite unique as we charge a flat fee for the service we provide but rebate the commission received from the lender back to our clients. This means that in many cases, our clients will actually make money for putting in place a mortgage through us! In addition, this clearly shows that we don't have any hidden agenda: when we make a recommendation, it cannot be because we would get more from the lender! We can therefore provide and efficient and transparent service to our clients. |
